How to Delete Your Shifts Work Account and Data
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so through the mobile app or by contacting our support team.
Method 1: Direct Action in Mobile App (Recommended)
You can request account deletion directly within the application.
- Open the Shifts Work app and tap the 'Profile' section in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the profile card at the top to enter the 'Personal Information' page.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap the red 'Delete Account' button, then follow the prompts.
Method 2: Contact Customer Support
Please send an email from your registered email address to support@shiftswork.top with the subject 'Request Account Deletion'. Our support team will process your request and permanently delete your data within 7 business days.
Important: Deleting your account is irreversible! All your data (including scheduling records, attendance logs, and personal settings) will be permanently cleared and cannot be recovered.
